Motorola rocks out with its latest portable speakers

Motorola has added three new portable speakers for every budget.to its MOTOROKR range of music products
The MOTOROKR EQ 3 is the budget speaker of the range and features a folding stick design to keep it compact. It runs on four AAA batteries with a battery life of up to 12 hours. The EQ3 uses a 3.5mm cable for connectivity with a special extension cable that can improve FM radio reception.
The EQ 5 allows audio via Bluetooth as well as your standard 3.5mm plug. It uses a rechargeable (and non-user replaceable) battery that is charged via USB. It also allows you to receive calls and control your music via the speaker and has a kickstand to direct your sounds. The EQ 5 supports SRS WOW HD, but we’re not too sure if you’ll be able to tell the difference.
And last, but not least, there are the EQ 5 wireless speakers, a collaboration between Motorola and JBL. It trades pocketability for performance. Like the EQ 3, the EQ 5 uses Bluetooth for connectivity with a built-in speaker phone and a 3.5mm plug. The Bluetooth has a range of 100m so you can be away from your phone and still pickup calls from the speaker, with your music automatically pausing if a phone call comes in. The EQ 5 can be powered via a wall socket or by four AA batteries.
The EQ 3 will retail for $49, EQ 5 for $149 and the EQ 7 for $249 and are all available now.
