The gadget zone forums are a place where you are free to share your enthusiasm, questions and knowledge with fellow gadget fans.

We only ask that you abide by some simple rules to ensure everyone here can have the same expectations for a good experience as you do.

1. Respect your fellow person. Abuse of any member will not be tolerated, and will result in a ban. Argue the idea when posting, not the person.

2. Don’t post anything that may offend any member. This includes but is not limited to images depicting graphic violence or pornography.

3. Do not post anything illegal. This includes links to warez sites.

Personalising your gadget zone id

After you’ve registered an account, you can add an avatar and a sig to stand out from the crowd.

Click on ‘my profile’ to access these features.

Note that avatars must be a max pixel size of 80 x 80, and no bigger than 50k in size.

Image uploading

You can upload images to show off something you want to discuss. We ask that you treat this feature with care and not flood the forums with images.

Images can be up to 60k in size. Any offensive image will be deleted and the user may be banned.

HTML support

You can use html tags to make your message more effective. Again, we ask that you use some restraint here and keep html usage to emphasise and not shout.

Tags allowed:

br,hr,b,i,u,a,div,ol,ul,li,blockquote,img,span,p,em,strong,pre,address
